Safety: He provided a healthcare packages, stock opinion

cooperation and quality of work.
Love/Belonging: He always treats his employees like
family and care about them as a responsible work.
Esteem: He always provided coffee education to build the
confidence of employees as they doing their work, then provided recognition
program to get the feedback from partners and also motivate employees to stay
with the organization, with the behaviors that increasing degree of attachment
and happiness.
Self-actualization: He actually did a constantly seeking
information and feedback from partners and also often sending emails by personalized
phone calls to ask for advice and feedback on products through store locations.
