What is the corporate culture of Howard Schultz's organization

The corporate cultures of Howard Schultz as a leader, he using two key terms to remain the success which are employees are partners and leaders transmit the culture. Employees are partners to encourage employees involved in the company while contribute ideas on improving product. Then, leaders transmit the culture is the responsible of managers to keep an eye on relaying Starbucks’ culture directly to employees. In additional, the culture of Howard Schultz is to establish the modern coffee to the society. According to Starbucks.com stated Howard Schultz said “We remain highly respectful of the culture and traditions of the countries in which we do business. We recognize that our success is not an entitlement, and we must continue to earn the trust and respect of customers every day.”
