The definition of styles of leadership

Autocratic: A person who is works independently and does not accept other people’s ideas, suggestion and opinions. Also, people who have the leadership style of Autocratic, they always order people doing work in their style without accepting others people ideas and suggestion.

Bureaucracy: A system of administration distinguished by clear hierarchy of authority.

Democratic: A person who is works with a group of people and accepting others people suggestion, opinion and ideas. Also, taking part of decision- making process.

Laissez-faire: People who have the leadership style of Laissez-faire, they will giving freedom to the employees/worker, so they will making their move towards work.
