What are the leadership skills that make a good leader? Do I see these leadership skills on Howard Schultz?
A good leader has good
leadership styles and treats employees equally. A good leader follows Maslow's
Hierarchy of Needs for motivation. Howard Schultz, from what I can see, is a
caring person in and out of the organization. I like how he organizes the
business and how he made the best coffee in the world while handling the
employees needs. He is also very confident and daring with no fail. Honestly, I
have not seen a democratic and laissez faire leader in one and have benefited
his business and employees work environment while being respected.
